Mallorca Bike Club Camp Program

• This program is offered to bike clubs only
• Registration is for bike club groups of 12 or more. No individuals
• Registrations must be submitted together in one envelope, accompanied by payment and photos
• The club group must arrive and depart on the same date
• Prices do not include airfare or airport transfers
• The club camp discounts may not be combined with any other discounts
• Registration fees are the same for riders and non-riders
• Prices are based on double occupancy (two people per room)

The Premium Privacy Program Benefits

Bike clubs that pay the 800 € Premium Privacy Program fee are entitled to the benefits listed below.

• Exclusivity: Club members will have exclusivity for one private week at camp, with no other guests, only
  your club members.
• Customized daily rides: Club members can choose in advance from a menu of daily rides with different
  distances to set up a week of club rides.
• Private Guide: Each club is entitled to a private club ride guide for the entire week.
• Private Support Car: Each club is entitled to a private support car to follow the group each day.
• Personalized snack bags: Club members can choose the contents of their snack bag at the refreshment stop
  each day, from a menu of snack items available at camp.

- What about non-cyclists?
Non-cyclists are welcome at club camp. There are plenty of things to do and see in Mallorca.

- What if I don’t want to share a room?
You can specify this upon registration, and pay the Single Supplement fee of 80 € for the week.

- Do we have to bring bikes - or can we rent them at camp?
You must bring your own bike, we do not have rental bikes.

- Do we need travel insurance?
We recommend travel insurance in case you must interrupt your vacation. We recommend you use the Mallorca Camp Travel-Guard Insurance link on the Mallorca Brevet & Cycling Camp website. www.mallorcabrevet.com

- How does the “one free” registration work?
Once your club reaches the required group size, the club can add one more person for free. (for a group of 25, the 26th
person is free) This offer is designed to help the bike club get more people to come on the trip. Most clubs use the “one free” offer in order for the club travel coordinator to come on the trip. Some use it as a fund raiser for the club by selling raffle tickets at a bike club meeting. One bike club charged the extra person the same registration fee, and kept the funds in the club treasury to offset other expenses involved with setting up the trip. It’s up to the bike club how to work the “one free” offer.

- Is it possible to come to Mallorca Club Camp other than between March and May?
Yes, it is possible to make special arrangements for your club at another time of year. Different registration fees will apply.
