INFORMATION
Each rider must be over 18 years of age and must sign a waiver and
release form to register and participate.
Each rider must be in excellent physical condition and carry current
medical insurance. (if you need travel or medical insurance click

Each rider must wear a helmet at all times.
Each rider's bike must be in excellent operating condition.
Entry is by preregistration only.
Each entrant must prepay and enclose a 4x6" color photo of
him/herself with helmet on alongside the bike he/she intends to
bring to camp.
No participants are allowed a private follow vehicle.
For brevets, each rider must check in and check out of every checkpoint
and get his/her brevet card validated as per instructions given
at the start of the ride. Failure to have a turn in a validated
brevet card will result in nullification of certification.
Each rider must comply with lighting requirements and reflective
material rules for riding at night during the event. Reflective
vest or reflective sash and ankle bands are mandatory for riding
at night.
If a rider chooses not to ride on a specific day, he/she is responsible
to notify the group ride leader. If a rider abandons the ride, or
takes a shorter route, he/she must notify the group ride leader.
In a brevet ride, taking a shorter route, will result in nullification
of certification.
No refunds for no shows.
The organizer, at his/her discretion, reserves the right to decline
entry to anyone who enters after the group limit has been reached,
the entry deadline has passed or who is deemed unqualified or unacceptable
to participate.
A
welcome reception and meeting will be held at the hotel Sunday afternoon.
At this meeting, each participant will receive basic instructions
about the camp, the island of Mallorca, a map of the island, route
bulletins and an emergency phone number to base camp. Each participant
must present his or her fully assembled bike for bike safety inspection
at this meeting. Riders will not be permitted to start the ride
without having passed bike inspection. (See the rules for participation
in the rides.) A route sheet for each ride will be posted to the
bike storage facility the evening before.
Brevet Camp cost 500.00 € per person, per week.
Includes: one superior hotel room with water view, two meals
day, one riding route per day, sanctioned brevet route, secure travel
bike box storage and overnight bike storage, daily refreshments
on the road, brevet registration fee, brevet card, brevet result
processing and brevet medals. (Lodging based on double occupancy.)
